**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarity with Singapore, Hong Kong and international financial systems and requirements.
- Responsible for the development of the group's financial management system, including financial accounting, fund and budget management, financial supervision and analysis, internal control system, etc., with ongoing monitoring of effectiveness.
- Participate in the formulation of company strategies and provide financial analysis and decision-making support for key company matters, production and operations, business development, and external investments.
- Coordinate the preparation and implementation of the company's annual financial budget, organize comprehensive budget management, inspect budget execution, and analyse and adjust budget plans.
- Develop the company's financial analysis system, organize regular financial and special analyses (monthly, quarterly, and annually), and provide decision-making analyses.
- Lead financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting supervision, auditing, inventory control, etc., striving to reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.
- Organize regular training and professional guidance for financial system personnel, continuously improving the overall skills and management level of the department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related majors, with preference for CPA or international financial-related certificates. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Over 8 years of experience as a financial head in a medium to large Hong Kong-listed company.
- Over 6 years of financial management experience in large-scale listed manufacturing companies (with a scale of over 5 billion), with strong comprehensive capabilities in group budgeting, manufacturing costs, and operational analysis.
- Familiar with financial management, with experience in team management (over 80 people), and familiarity with manufacturing process costs.
- Proficient in financial-related software such as SAP and ERP.
- Familiar with national and local regulations and policies, proficient in accounting laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and teamwork skills, with excellent analytical and coordination abilities.
