**What a Customer Experience Coordinator does at HP**:

- Manage Flagship centre calendar scheduling: assigning owners, booking resources, communicating with the requestor, move the visit from Submitted to Confirmed.
- Interface with local facilities and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
- Ensure a world class experience for visitors by (as appropriate) setting up rooms, creating welcome packs and printing labels for events, gathering visit feedback.
- Manage day-to-day operations for catering in the Flagship centers.
- In-charge of checking Flagship center's physical inventory and updating into inventory tool.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and refreshments as appropriate.
- Welcome customers, partners and influencers to the centre on arrival, and ensure they are refreshed and comfortable prior to the briefing.
- Support Customer Experience Lead team with events as needed.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent level of experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant products/services/solution offering categories in technology company.
- Ability to summarize abstract articles and reports.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
