**What do you do at Achievers Dream**
As a Centre Administrator, some of your key responsibilities may include:
**Front Desk Operations**: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.
**Centre Management**: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
**Customer Service**: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and other visitors to the Centre. You will be expected to be friendly, approachable, and professional in your interactions.
**Reporting**: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.
**Collaboration**: You will be working closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
In this role, it's essential to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A background in customer service or education would be an asset.
**Must have**
As a Centre Administrator, it's expected that you have the following qualifications:
**Work Experience**: You should have at least 2-5 years of working experience in administrative, customer service, or sales-related roles. This experience will equip you with the skills necessary to perform well in this fast-paced environment.
**Team Player**: You should be a team player who is able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. You should be organized and able to meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
**Mindset**: You should be honest, have integrity, and possess a growth mindset that is open to learning and development. You should have a positive learning attitude and be eager to continuously improve.
**Communication Skills**: Good listening and communication skills are essential in this role. You should be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other members of the Centre's staff.
