**Overview**:
A well-established marine company located in **Tuas** is seeking **Planning Manager** on **permanent** position.

**Benefits**
- S$ 7000 to 7500 per month
- Variable Bonus (3 to 5 months on average)
- Insurance covered for: Group H&S, Group Term Life, Group PA and Workmen Compensation Insurance
- Other leaves as per MOM regulations
- 8 am to 5 pm Mon to Fri, 8 am to 12 noon Sat
- Shuttle Bus at designated MRT stations

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager.
- Responsible for Planning, monitoring and controlling of the Projects.
- Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.
- Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.
- Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.
- Attend Client/internal meeting. Highlight Area of concern, critical path and 2 weeks look ahead plan to the project teams.
- Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate and assess the impact of any changes to the project scope, schedule or resources. Work with the project team to implement changes and update project plan accordingly.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- At least 8 years of experience as Planning Engineer with scope of work in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience using Primavera software, P6
- Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
