**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mass Communication Intern to join our Marketing and Communications team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.

2. Support the creation of content for various platforms, including social media, website, press releases, and marketing materials.

3. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and media outlets to identify opportunities for outreach and collaboration.

4. Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.

5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize content strategy.

6. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative projects, and support campaign execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
