The Marketing & Communications Executive/Senior Executive will play a key role in supporting and delivering the firm’s marketing initiatives, including support on events, social media and digital marketing. You will also support CRM initiatives and proposal preparation as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing administration**: update the marketing calendar; track marketing campaigns; update Intranet, website and social media.
- **Event coordination**:manage end-to-end coordination of online, in-person or hybrid events including guest list, catering, presenters, AV, venue. Additionally, assist with the execution of the event digital strategy and communication.
- **AGM/EGM**: provide support for the overall coordination in the lead up to client’s AGM/EGM (online, in-person or hybrid format). Including conducting dry-run and training for C-level executives/board members.
- **External marketing collateral**:support the development of marketing collaterals and ensure that they comply with brand and style guidelines.
- **Internal marketing**: support internal communications and ESG initiatives.
- **Marketing campaigns**:coordinate the production of collateral and distribute content on website and social media platforms
- **CRM**:liaise with partners and directors to ensure that the CRM database is up to date for marketing activities.
- **Proposals**:assist with the preparation of proposals as required and ensure that they comply with brand and style guidelines.
- Other design or marketing support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications or related field
- 2 years’ experience working in marketing/communications related position
- Experience with events and event organisation (virtual and in-person)
- A creative thinker with a passion for all things digital
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience in an accounting or professional services firm is advantageous
