**Job Overview**:
The Workplace Experience Intern is crucial to maintaining a secure, welcoming, and efficient office environment. This role involves a blend of facility management, employee engagement, and administrative duties, with a focus on enhancing the daily workplace experience for employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facility Management: Assist with the day-to-day operations of our office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Employee Experience: Coordinate internal events to boost morale and foster a sense of community.
- Vendor Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for vendors, including office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and analyse employee feedback on workplace experience to identify areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Engage in projects aimed at enhancing workplace efficiency, sustainability, and employee satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, inventory, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Security/Access Management: Oversee office access control systems, manage security badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between the company and janitorial, security, and building management staff to maintain a well-functioning workplace.
- Administrative Support: Provide support with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing access cards, overseeing sign-in procedures, and ensuring security measures are upheld.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrollment in a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
