**Roles & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support the Marketing team’s initiatives by building a robust ecosystem through various system integrations and CRM to ensure a smooth user journey/ experience for our customers as well as a strong funnel for our sales and business development representatives.

We are looking for an exceptional Tech Lead who is able to champion all tech-led projects which includes combining subsystems into one integrated solution with strong CRM integration. Someone who thrives on interpersonal interactions, possess an innate drive that engage regularly with key stakeholders, and most importantly, excited about driving and managing the entire backend ecosystem for the business.

As part of the extended marketing team, you will be responsible for our members’ engagements and with our brands, leaders, partners and educational framework.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Research and recommend systems, equipment and technologies. Evaluate system performance, identify potential impact, and plan appropriate integration testing;
- Contributes to multiple projects and design changes in support of investigation and ensures system design and documentation meet all safety and regulatory compliance;
- Providing timely reporting on all engagement metrics and post event analysis;
- Advise on solution and integration opportunities to the defined segments;
- System engineering, architecture development, cost estimating, element selection and SoS validation;
- Manage the technology of the company to maximise the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care
- Ensure seamless tracking of customers’ behaviour throughout their journey with the company
- Play an integral part in building and maintaining warm yet professional communications with prospects, members and other key stakeholders, contributing towards our robust lead management processes; and
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of relevant working experience as a system integrator or similar role
- Competent in the design, development and execution of a seamless ecosystem with CRM integration to ensure a smooth user journey/ experience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/ Engineering, Software Engineering, System Engineering and or any other related fields
- Experience in software development, ability to design, implement and maintain network and other hardware infrastructure is a must with strong knowledge of systems engineering software tools
- Advanced proficiency in communication, interpersonal, information security, project management and governance skills
- Adept at analysis, problem solving and conflict resolution is a plus
- Skills in strategic thinking, creative analysis, ideation, and problem-solving are a must
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
