**HR Recruiter Responsibilities**:
- Administer medical and insurance matters
- Assist in annual performance management process Identify training needs and sourcing for relevant programs
- Review, update and maintain HR guidelines, policies and procedures when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
