Roles & Responsibilities

You’ll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for crypto/ blockchain, to drive learning and establish positive client relationships.

**What you will do**:

- Provide quotes to and execute trades with OTC counter parties.
- Drive increased trading volume to OTC Desk by understanding clients' liquidity needs, proactively identify ways for high and low touch execution services to meet those needs, and provide client support for execution, liquidity, and market colour.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients both on OTC trading and the financing business through quality execution and service.
- Work with the Sales teams to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships and proactively identify new business opportunities for OTC.
- Maintain a pulse on the sentiment, trading activity, and provide feedback from client base and marketplace and keep relevant internal teams informed.
- Suggest automation and improvements to systems and strategies.
- Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or online environment.
- Help to develop and deliver training courses for clients (individual/ group) and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/ policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of Sales and/or Trading experience in digital assets, FX or derivatives at an institution.
- Counter-party relationship management: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with counter-parties.
- Experience with daily execution of trading and asset lending department functions.
- Understanding of risk management and ability to implement this knowledge well.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a desire to build businesses from the ground up.
- Strong data analysis, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced trading environment.
- Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and organised individual who exhibits strong integrity, work ethics and ability to perform under pressure.
- Effective team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, knowledge and a passion for markets and/or crypto institutional landscape and digital assets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and proven training experience, preferably ACTA certified.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
