Under the trade name Acheron Trading, the company is a designated market maker and provides liquidity and advisory services to digital asset issuers on exchanges worldwide. It is our belief that market inefficiency is one of the factors preventing digital assets/cryptocurrencies from achieving mass adoption. As such, our focus is to construct and provide liquidity services for digital assets from the most embryonic stages and throughout their adoption cycle.

Acheron Trading has over 125 institutional clients with market share across over 95 exchanges worldwide.

We’re now looking to add a Junior Quant Trader, OTC, Agency Execution to our team to support the deployment of Acheron’s agency execution and OTC business.

In this role, you will work directly with the broader trading team and proprietary leads to optimize trading strategies for issuers, VCs, and funds.

You will receive hands-on training from senior members of our trading team, gaining deep exposure to digital asset trading, OTC execution, and liquidity strategies.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Supporting the deployment and growth of Acheron’s agency execution and OTC business
- Working closely with traders, issuers, VCs, and funds to optimize execution strategies
- Monitoring OTC order flow, trade execution, and market conditions
- Supporting the deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets
- Monitoring and responding to trading alerts
- Assisting with active trading
- Assisting with trade execution
- Assisting with asset rebalancing
- Helping to keep track of client treasury balances
- Providing recurring and ad-hoc trading reports to clients
- Responding to client questions, escalating questions to senior traders

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics or a related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in trading and market structure
- Basic understanding of OTC trading, agency execution, and digital asset markets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or another programming language is a plus
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced trading environment
- Prior experience in market making, trading, or execution services is a plus
