The OTC Options Trader will be part of a high-growth team, and play a key role to expand the client outreach and the trade flow of the OTC desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with other teams to service client trading demands.
- Provide correct and competitive pricing for requests.
- Management of portfolio risk resulting from spot and derivatives transactions.
- Working closely with the quantitative development team, actively contributing to improvements in the front-office trading setup and workflow.
- Ensuring system stability and optimizing the trade life cycle.
- Work closely with trade operations and back-office teams for ad-hoc reconciliations.
- Work on various ad-hoc related projects as required by the business.

**Requirements**:

- Strong academic track record, preferably in an Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- 6+ years of relevant trading experience in financial derivatives.
- Good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, OTC pricing and execution methods, and the different roles of exchanges, liquidity providers, prime brokers, etc.
- Solid grasp on risk/ portfolio management and options pricing models.
- Thorough understanding of market microstructure and hedging strategies.
- Knowledge of trading systems and execution algorithms.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and highly independent.
- Strong communication skills to proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
- Ability to work with Python and SQL.
- Experience/interest in the crypto/DeFi industry is a big plus.
