Milieu Insight is a consumer research and analytics company. **How we do it?**:
We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as **_Milieu Surveys _**(just search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

**So, what about the role?**:
We are looking for a driven and energetic **Business Development Director **to join our family and spearhead our sales initiatives in Singapore **. **Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and prioritize target industries, and customer segments for sales expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
The role will include a base salary and an attractive sales commission package
**What we’d like you to have**:
- 10 years of working experience in a sales or client service role
- Experience in selling SaaS, data-related/market research solutions is preferred
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets is preferred
- Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong command of English
- A knack for building strong relationships with clients
- A keen and creative eye for sales opportunities
