RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job purpose:
The IT business analyst and support specialist will be part of APAC regional IT Center (RITC) team to provide eStore platform’s business & technical consultancy and support to subsidiaries.

This role is required to engage with subsidiaries’ eStore team to support marketing activities proactively and co-work with eStore stakeholders and related teams on complicated requests relating to business and/or systems.

Key accountability:

Play the role of a technical business analyst for subsidiaries and provide technical advice and consultation on eStore platform

Gather and have clear understanding on the client's requirements.

Liaise between the subsidiaries and service manager in India to ensure requirements are fully captured and aligned

Co-ordinate and engage with eStore related teams regarding requirements from subsidiaries and deploy within the timeframe

Co-work with HQ and support subsidiaries’ enhancements in terms of platform new features/functionalitiesStrive to utilize best practices within the eStore platform to deliver better customer outcome

Actively seek opportunities to develop knowledge and experience, internally and externally

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience or qualification with eStore related experience will be considered

5 years of Business Analyst & administration, specifically relating to e-Commerce technologies & SAP Hybris.

At least 3 years of customer-facing working experience

Has system integration experience between ecommerce platform and SAP ERP, payment gateway, logistic system or any other legacy system

Good to have programming/debugging skills

Has hands-on SAP Hybris or similar commerce platform experience

eStore operation experience will be a plus point

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills is require
