**Role and Responsibilities**

The Regional E-commerce Specialist Media focuses on e-Commerce, Digital Performance, Platform content to achieve conversion. The Regional E-commerce Specialist creates the online environment for consumers to associate the brand and its online portfolio with a positive experience and support conversion.

This position is part of the regional marketing team to plan and execute E-commerce across the region and will report to Marketing Manager (HoD).
The Regional E-commerce Specialist networks extensively outside of the office to stay in close contact with the key industry stakeholders, constantly on the lookout for cross-marketing opportunities for online growth.

Responsibilities include:
**Identifying and planning new marketing strategies to increase traffic and improve customer experience**
- Brainstorm reasons why customer might want to engage with the company’s products and create a detailed timeline to engage them in that way. This plan should help to guide the entire marketing team through the complete process of executing on that specific campaign. Orchestrate the campaign leading up to a specific activation.
- Develop research parameters to identify market awareness, brand associations and public perceptions.
- Supervising the e-commerce channel across the region and guide local teams. Team Management and Progress Monitoring.
- Developing Schedules and Timescales.
- Develop, execute campaigns to meet financial objectives for the online business (60% of the time)

**Manage digital communication, focusing on eCommerce platforms and corporate websites**
- Manage organisation's social media platforms and review alignment of other digital marketing channels with branding strategies.
- Develop marketing implementation plans in alignment with marketing strategies. Overview brand consistency issues in collaterals across digital marketing platforms. Support e-commerce locally: content management and optimization, products management, promotion calendar executions
- Developing SEO/PPC Strategy. Plan monthly marketing calendar
- Conduct search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Communicate and enforce web development and creative deadlines.
- Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
- Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.

**Analyse success of previous campaigns and provide insights.**
- Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers. Monitor web analytics and internal data sources.
- Incorporate Best Practices Analysing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
- Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
- Undertaking research to understand the demographic the business targets, search engine traffic, media buying, etc. Monitor web analytics and internal data sources.
- Track success matrices of all completed campaigns and analyse the data to repeat wins and avoid mistakes.

**Manage partners (platforms, agencies)**
- Manage agencies and outside vendors to ensure the success of the brand on the eCommerce platforms.

**Financial planning and monthly budget**
- Develop budget planning according to eCommerce target and campaign’s planning.
- Maintain schedules and budgets based on demand.

**FC and Stock Management**
- Manage merchandise flow in and out of warehouse.
- Monitor monthly sell-out (per market/per dealer) and implement re-stock monitoring.
- Maintain stock levels and forecast based on sales target.

**Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
