**[Remote] - E-Commerce Specialist**

**Location: Remote**

**About the Group**
- The E-Commerce Specialist will report directly to the co-founders and be responsible for implementing optimized e-commerce strategies across multiple companies under their ownership, including a distribution and retail business for parenting products._

**The E - Commerce Specialist is responsible for**:

- Update orders in the system from Shopee, Shopify, and other sales channels, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Synchronize inventory between the website and Shopee to reflect real-time stock levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Record internal sales data in the order tracking sheet, ensuring accurate financial and inventory management.
- Track and update demo or sample products in the system to maintain transparency in inventory records.
- Add new products to the homepage as soon as they arrive, keeping the catalog fresh and up to date for customers.
- Propose and improve inventory tracking processes to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
- Accurately update information in the Master Inventory Sheet, ensuring consistency between the main sheet and the inventory tracking sheet.
- Communicate directly with brands, managing new orders, handling product defects, and tracking delivery progress.
- Work closely with the designer to collect product images for sales channels and marketing purposes.

**As an E-commerce, it would be beneficial if you have the following skills and experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, order management, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Shopify, or inventory management tools.
- Strong organizational and data management skills, especially in Google Sheets.
- Good English skills to communicate effectively with suppliers and international brands.
- Proactive and committed, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Sharp analytical skills to make accurate and informed decisions.
