We aim to be Asia’s leading snack company and we are looking for the right individuals to be part of our team on this journey as an **E-commerce Specialist**.

As the **E-commerce Specialist **of The Kettle Gourmet, you can expect to be taking on a crucial role which be highly involved in the processes of our organisation. The processes include but are not limited to:

- Planning and executing online marketplaces campaign (i.e Shopee and Lazada etc)
- Manage and monitor our website and social media analytics (i.e Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc)
- Analyse marketing or developing trends of customers' behaviour
- Liaise with external companies
- Liaise with manufacturers on product specifications and delivery
- Manage supply chain and inventory
- Assist in day-to-day operations, dispatching and receiving of products
- Assist with customer relationship management

Internal meetings will be conducted daily at 9am with the team to make sure that everyone is on the same page and to keep track of the different responsibilities. The core team which you will be working closely with is inclusive of the CEO, CFO, COO, Business Development and Designer. On a larger scale, there will also be quarterly meetings on the company’s upcoming goals, KPI and strategies.

We are seeking for a team member who possesses a strong knowledge on E-commerce and social media, is creative, and has at least **2 years** of relevant working experience.

Education: Diploma and above

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
