**Role Overview**

This internship will focus on working on our e-commerce operations across different channels. This will give the intern broad exposure to the key ingredients of running a successful e-commerce business and a view into the complexities of making it work.

There will be an opportunity to work across all spectrums of an e-commerce business right from inventory planning and forecasting to order management. Additionally, the intern will be exposed to data analytics tools to view & manage different types of channel data and provide insights to run a data-led business.
- Work on regional market-leading e-commerce platforms
- Participate in discussions around building up the strategy for opening up new channels and identifying whitespaces to grow e-commerce.

**Role Description**
- Executing customer order fulfillment, coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders
- Prepare and upload product listings including content for various marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada
- Maintain and ensure all products information such as stocks level, layout, images, copywriting, etc are up to date and available-to-sell
- Liaise with operation team in resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplaces
- Attend to customer service inquiries (Lazada, Shopee live chat) pertaining to product exchange, delivery status, etc.
- Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Drive Tools (Sheet/Doc/Slides)
- Proactive, resourceful, and an excellent team player
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Have a passion for E-Commerce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
