Event & Guest Relations Manager

**1. Guest Relations & Service Excellence**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests, regular patrons, and special clientele.
- Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized service that reflects authentic Italian hospitality.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle feedback and complaints professionally, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a database of regular guests, preferences, and special occasions to enhance repeat visits.
- Conduct post-event or post-dining follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
**2. Event Planning & Coordination**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute private events, wine dinners, chef’s table experiences, and corporate functions.
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Bar Manager, and Operations team to design customized menus and event setups.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and invoices for event bookings.
- Oversee setup, logistics, guest flow, and on-site coordination during events.
- Ensure all events are executed seamlessly according to brand standards and client expectations.
**3. Sales & Business Development**:
- Develop event packages and seasonal promotions to drive private bookings and group dining sales.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and event planners to attract new clientele.
- Track event revenue, costs, and profitability reports.
- Support marketing efforts for social media, newsletters, and restaurant PR related to events and guest experiences.
**4. Team Coordination & Training**:
- Collaborate with the service and reservation teams to ensure guest needs are well communicated.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and service training for staff on guest handling and etiquette.
- Promote a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence within the front-of-house team.
**5. Administrative & Operational Duties**:
- Maintain accurate booking records, event summaries, and guest feedback logs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly event reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local licensing, safety, and hygiene regulations for all events held on premises.
