As the lead of our **Asia Pacific Sustainability Team **, you will take ownership of growing the dss+ sustainability consulting practice. Working collaboratively with our industry and market leads, you will address some of our clients’ most pressing challenges. You will work with our global sustainability practice and local leads to shape our sustainability proposition and deepen our capabilities, as well as demonstrate value to prospective clients and create pull for dss+ expertise.

At the highest level, you will have the chance to:

- **Use what you know about sustainability and ESG to drive growth **among a strong existing portfolio and new dss+ clients.
- **Keep your sights on the big picture, **overseeing program delivery, developing client relationships, leading cross-team initiatives and developing promising talent.
- **Plug into technical, regional and global communities **to build working relationships and a strong network of resources.
- **Advance the way the industry thinks, **contributing to emerging dss+ IP, reusable assets, thought leadership and more.

You will be responsible to:

- Develop, lead and drive implementation of the dss+ regional ESG and sustainability strategy to guide profitable business growth.
- Team with colleagues to create pull and leverage our existing client network to advance the dss+ sustainability and ESG consulting practice and integrated offerings
- Actively build and develop new trusted client relationships across our industries, bringing deep expertise in at least one of our core industries across **Asia Pacific **.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business. MBA, MS or more is even better.
- Seasoned professional with 20+ years’ experience and at least 10 years of these in consulting with strengths in building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Experience in delivering sustainability engagements such as
- Developing and delivering sustainability and ESG strategies
- Developing and delivering Net Zero, Energy Transition or decarbonisation programmes
- Advising on industry-relevant systems and value chain strategies such as with critical minerals, water security, transition fuels and low carbon technologies
- Advising on ESG ratings and ranking methodologies, and sustainability reporting and assurance frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP and ISA3000
- Identifying ESG-related data management approaches, metrics, and impact assessment and disclosure
- Advising on organisation sustainability programmes in waste, water, community engagement, sustainable supply chains, health and safety, diversity
- Advising on business and operational resilience including climate risk and resilience
- Deep experience in one or more of our priority AP industries: Mining & Metals, Chemicals, Oil, Gas & New Energies. With desired familiarity in Private Equity and Ag, Food & Beverage bringing real working knowledge and expertise
- Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
- Naturally great interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude, as we you will be leading and working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with operations management value drivers, standards, industry guidelines, analytics and technologies
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering high-impact engagements in industrial environments and leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Top-notch analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex research projects and provide relevant recommendations.
- A big plus: An established presence and network in sustainability and ESG in **Asia Pacific **.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages are a bonus.
