**Job Description**:
Service Desk Role

1. Responsible for supporting the IT Help Desk Services organization

2. Ensure services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations.

3. Receives and responds to customer problems, issues, and requests.

4. Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation

5. Tracking and follow up of all incidents.

6. Help other support team members to resolve urgent/outstanding issues.

7. Act as a contact point between Helpdesk Operations and Other teams.

8. Assist supervisor to provide report to the management.

9. Job is performed with mínimal supervision.
