Global Insights is multi-faceted with different teams working across multiple areas which include e.g. product & marketing innovation research, G2M research, performance tracking.
This particular manager position will sit in the GO-TO-MARKET Center of Excellence team playing a critical role in performing research projects to support insights-led decision making as well as supporting innovation of the research field.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Lead research projects for the business with focus on APAC Markets influencing go-to-market strategies and activation (across consumer, shopper and market insights)
- Work closely with Global Insights business partners to define insights needs and generate insights
- Lead primary (Qual + Quant) and secondary research projects based on strong functional research expertise and local market understanding
- Serve as driver and innovator of the research field with key peers in Global Insights
- Manage partnerships with new and existing external research vendors
- Work closely together with peers in Global Insights and other functions in the LEGO group to drive cohesive insights stories
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of relevant experience from a market research agency, consultancy, or insights/brand management function in an innovative, fast-paced company
- Relevant economic or business education at a master/MBA level - coupled with an international approach
- Strong research abilities (Qual + Quant)
- Strong passion for innovating the research field
- Highly experienced as insights project manager with focus on shopper, consumer and market insights informing and driving the business on a tactical as well as on a strategic level
- Strong collaboration and networking approach
- Strong ability to work across cultures and ideally experience in bridging global, regional and local processes through insights
- Relevant eye for business and ability and passion to bridge this with generated insights for optimal impact on the business
- Is comfortable presenting and have experience with insights synthesis
- This position will require travel
- Thrives and contributes both in teams and as an individual contributor
- Self motivated and thriving in a global set up with a lot of virtual interaction and a distant leader
- Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
