**GTM Product Operations Manager (Mobile)**:
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven GTM Product Operations Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is critical in bridging product planning with commercial execution, ensuring optimal product performance in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Strategy Execution**: Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches across channels, including pre-launch planning, rollout execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
- **Pricing & Profitability**: Define and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining healthy profit structures.
- **Channel Rhythm Management**: Develop and oversee the product channel rhythm — from demand planning, launch coordination, to lifecycle transition and clearance strategies.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with supply chain and commercial teams to manage inventory levels, balance channel demand, and reduce aging stock.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Liaise with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align product positioning, channel strategies, and customer experience.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key sales and market performance metrics; identify insights and opportunities for growth or optimization.
- **Resource Allocation**: Coordinate internal resources and marketing budgets to support product initiatives and maximize return on investment.
- **Market Feedback Loop**: Collect, analyze, and respond to customer and partner feedback, continuously refining GTM strategies based on real-time data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, GTM planning, or category management within consumer electronics, mobile, IoT, or fast-moving tech industries.
- Hands-on experience in frontline market operations, pricing, and channel management is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
