Motor Accident Claims Advisor

Job Scope
- Receive and liaise with customers when their vehicles come in to workshop for accident.
- Liaise with customer do assist them in accident reporting and fill in the relevant documents.
- Handle documentation and assist in filing report with GIA
- Oversee and handle the accident repair with mechanics or extenal vendors (i.e suppliers)
- Keep customer up to date on their cases.
- Billing and invoicing of relevant parties for repair costs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in accident claims process.
- Able to work with and manage external vendors and suppliers.
- 5.5 day work week.
