Claims Administrator

You will be responsible for :
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Advise customers on motor accident claims and repair procedures.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to compile supporting documents for claims negotiations.
- Submit Letters of Demand (LOD), invoices, and prepare refund forms upon insurer payments.
- Monitor claim statuses and follow up to ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
- Provide motor insurance quotations, handle renewals, extensions, and cancellations.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in motor claims or within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of claims documentation and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
