Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operation person, this is a highly visible and influential role that will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations and several cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to demonstrate strong executive presence in representing the organization and effortlessly navigate from strategic to tactical issues. You will be a strong advocate and work relentlessly to ensure the cultural principles of the organization are practiced - a passionate role model that cares about people with a continuous growth learning mindset for People Initiatives.

**Main Responsibility**:

- Assist the global ops leaders with planning meetings, setting the agenda, driving action items, and other administrative duties for retaining operational business projects.
- Plan, launch and iterate on team wide employee engagement programs such as Communications, Global All Hands, Employee Survey Action Plans, Newsletters and Reward & Recognition Programs.
- Drive and assist in interactive internal communications for Global and regional employee engagement activities to further enhance employee engagement participation levels.
- Own and drive the Global Organisation Culture and associated programs, events, including working with vendors and procurement teams to deliver gifts/rewards to a global team.

**Skillsets**:

- Strong communication skills is a must to deliver impactful messages.
- Highly organized, strong problem solving and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and excellent attention to details.
- Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams and also managing upwards.
- Experience in working in a global organisation and across multiple region that showcase ability to understand cultural nuances and manage the same effectively.
- Proven ability to operate simultaneously as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker.
- Highly preferred experience: project management, business operations and communication.
- Experience in building a project from scratch to finish is preferred.
