**Position**

The Business Operations Specialist role is an important position focusing on creating processes, identifying issues and continuously optimising operations workflows. You would be involved in proposing and implementing operational processes and automations to increase the efficiency of the company’s business operations. You would need a good understanding of the company’s entire operations along with the business impact of each step.

The role also requires you to handle account management with our partners to generate revenue by providing quality solutions and services to address partners’ needs on our platform effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Ideate workflow and process optimisation, implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
- Propose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system developments
- Suggest technology solutions and automations using available softwares to improve processes
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of projects and activities
- Coordinate and manage daily account management activities
- Maintain communication and coordination with partners and develop solutions together with partners to enhance offerings, competitiveness and conversion

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong process driven and system mindset
- Strong drive to continuously find solutions to solve daily or structural issues
- Able to communicate and collaborate with other team members within and cross departments
- Resourceful in finding various softwares to get work done better and faster
- Has experience in using CRM and various project management tool
- A self-starter and motivated individual with can’t-is-not-an-option attitude
- Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work
