**Role: Sales Director, Emerging Enterprise (SEA & India)**
The Emerging Enterprise team is expanding and with this comes a fantastic opportunity for a person with strong team management at Director level leadership experience to implement the strategy and roadmap across the Southeast Asia & India Emerging Enterprise business, and to lead our mid-market Account Executives overseeing this remit.
We are looking for someone who has shown exemplary experience in a variety of field or partner led roles and has ran or who is a running a mid-market business and understands the nuances and operational tactical activities that are relevant to this business unit.
The Sales Director will report into our VP Emerging Enterprise APAC and your position will be to lead all decisions for the SEA & India business which will include but not be limited to; strategy implementation, execution, advising operational activities, sales and strategic improvements as the team continues to grow. You will be required to lead by example in managing existing customer accounts and reviewing new undiscovered opportunities to grow the UiPath footprint.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Guidance for a team of Account Executives across Southeast Asia & India
- 24/7 recruitment mindset to grow and develop for the team under the clear guidance and strategy of the APJ Emerging Enterprise Leader
- Set clear and objective KPI and measurements for the team to ensure highest performance and customer/ partner led focus as possible
- Provide a safe and nurturing positive environment for the team, as well as engaging state of mind within the team
- Ensuring that the team operates with the highest of integrity and compliance.
- Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving set targets
- Managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with renewals team and partner teams for identifying opportunities and successfully delivering customer satisfaction
- Maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating organizations with UiPath products
- Developing a solid working knowledge of UiPath products and the benefits they provide to potential customers
- Providing full sales-cycle support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closures
- Updating and maintaining the UiPath CRM system, Salesforce
- Continuing to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work
- Share wins and learnings from losses to the extended teams in order to help improvement effectiveness of entire organization
What you'll bring to the team:
- Min. 10 years in Sales Leadership / Director / Senior Manager level position with team size of 10+ min with a strong background in mid-market sales and having a seat at the Senior Leadership table
- Familiarity and experience selling to Southeast Asia and India markets
- Min. 15 years in software sales / vendor environment ideally from a tier 1 vendor
- Experience building and growing transformational teams in an ever-changing organisation
- Extensive customer led / partner approach strategy to develop the teams within high volume transactions
- Success in achieving Sales targets and metrics to prove the story using data and analysis
