Finance Analyst, Business Partnering

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support. As a Finance Analyst, you will be looked upon to provide perspectives and recommendations on important strategic decisions, with a primary focus on publisher advertising business. You will be responsible for providing problem solving insights into short-term trading and driving long-term commercial insights and plans. In this role, you will partner closely with the Global Partnerships (GP) organization and act as a key advisor to the leadership team on issues such as business performance, forecasting, risks/opportunities analysis, resource, and budget allocation. You should be comfortable developing data-driven insights and crafting a clear and concise story to influence executive-level audiences, leveraging your financial expertise, technical/quantitative skills, business acumen as well as strong communication ability. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. **Responsibilities**: - Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with leaders across Global Partnerships and Global Finance, finding solutions to challenges in a rapidly evolving environment. - Engage in in-depth analyses to provide the Global Partnership management with clear insights and recommendations into the business, product performance, market trends, risks and opportunities utilizing data-driven techniques and tools (e.g., R, SQL, Tableau, etc.). - Support critical financial processes such as weekly business call, business forecasting, goal setting, and budget management.
