- Coaching certification.

As a Sales Excellence Lead, your main focus will be to complement and extend the current efforts focused on the Google Way of Selling to grow core buesness skills of a particular portion of Global Business Organization (GBO) focused on areas including; discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing. You'll start with a needs analysis and institute a plan that helps our teams to organize the questions they ask, the stories we share, and importantly instills a culture of practice.

You will have the support, access, and visibility of the Vice President (VP) of their assigned sales team and their entire leadership team to provide sponsorship, drive mutual accountability and deliver positive outcomes that justify the program (i.e., increased in pitch/win rates, deal sizes, etc.).

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a focused coaching plan for the assigned portion of the organization with executive alignment on strategy.
- Deliver many coaching sessions for a dedicated portion of business for which the coach is assigned. Participate in key events with a focus on coaching and practice (i.e. a team offsite).
- Set clear expectations on workflow and capacity to ensure your team’s resources are being fully utilized and maximized.
- Deliver outcomes that impact business and have manager/seller feedback as measured by Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT), Confidence change, and influence on key metrics (e.g., pitch/win rate, business, etc.).
- Measure and share progress against coaching program (e.g., through dashboard reporting as well as monthly updates).
