**Role Description**:
**Specific Responsibilities**:
**1 **.Trainee will be knowledgable to conduct basic routine checks and operate wheel vehicles and conduct basic operation and analyze situation for any malfunctions and engine fault. Trainee to be aware of all Safety regulations and to practice them at all times

**2 **.Trainee is to communicate with company's transporter drivers to allocate jobs and vehicles and manage any delays or any issues along a route. Assist in all aspects of customers transport requirements

**3 **.Trainee would be able to monitor and report fuel consumption, mileage, and passenger numbers. Trainee would be able to do reporting if there's any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

**4 **.Trainee will work with the director and trainee will be able to understand how to plan and prepare an efficient transport scheduling and chartering for clients and how to conduct contingency planning and manage a team to run the operation seamlessly.

**5 **.Trainee will work with the director to learn and understudy how to plan and schedule maintenance work and to spot check if any technical issues after the maintenance or if any repair if further required.

**6 **.Trainee will be able to lead his/her team on various projects and working within specific timelines

**3 **.Good attention to details and knowledge of vehicle maintainance

**4 **.Time management and Leadership skills

**5 **.To learn how to plan and schedule maintenance work on periodical basis and ensure the maintenance work is conducted properly.

**6 **.To learn about time management and multi tasking skills.

**Duration of Traineeships**:6 months

**Approved Training Allowance**: Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3500

**Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship**:
Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
