Feelvim Pte Ltd is a leading logistics and 3PL (third-party logistics) provider in Singapore, specializing in delivering efficient, customer-focused transport and logistics solutions. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced **Transport Operations Manager**to oversee our transport logistics and optimize our fleet management operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Oversee scheduling, routing, and dispatching of drivers to achieve operational excellence.
- **Fleet Management**:Monitor the performance and maintenance of the company's fleet to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
Manage vehicle procurement, repairs, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and mentor a team of drivers and logistics staff.
Conduct training sessions to improve driver performance and adherence to company policies.
- **Customer Service**:Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve delivery issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Cost Control & Reporting**:Monitor transport budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Generate regular reports on fleet performance, operational efficiency, and key metrics.
- **Compliance**:Ensure adherence to all local transport laws and regulations, including workplace safety and environmental standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in transport or logistics operations management.
- **Skills**:Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Proficiency in logistics software and fleet management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
In-depth knowledge of transport laws, safety regulations, and best practices.
