We are on our way to becoming a leading Global Med-tech organisation. With growth in mind, we are seeking to hire a full time HR Process Owner to help us create, sustain, and improve the APAC learning and development processes. With your instrumental involvement with Project GAEA (Global integration amongst Americas, EMEA and Asia), you will utilize SuccessFactors to standardize, harmonize, and digitize HR processes at a global level and unify the several coexisting human resource talent management systems of all five regions.
Reporting to the HR Project Manager - APAC you will be accountable for:
- Support with Project GAEA
- Learn and understand the details of the L&D/OD operational processes through documentation of each BC’s local processes.
- Review global GAEA change requests and represent APAC legal entities regarding process fit for purpose and local implementation risks to the global team.
- Assist with the standardization and harmonization of global processes and ensure each country’s processes are in line with global template design policies, norms, and standards.
- Customize global training material for regional requirements and lead Train-the-Trainer / End User Training activities for L&D/OD GAEA processes ensuring training is thorough and consistent throughout the region.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:
- Formal qualifications in either Business, Business Administration, Management or other relevant fields.
- 5 or more years’ experience in HR, project management or IT delivery is essential.
- Demonstratable leadership ability who can motivate others, negotiate and coordinate efforts across multiple legal entities throughout the APAC region.
- An ability to stick to time constraints and achieve set deadlines
