Sales Executive

We are looking for talents who enjoy interacting with customers, are detail-oriented, with a "can do attitude" and like to solve problems. As a **Sales Executive**, you are responsible for identifying prospects, discovering their needs, matching those needs with the appropriate products & services, and helping prospect in forging long-lasting relationship with our company. The opportunity involves of managing the current businesses while also finding for new ones. Your product knowledge combined with your communication skills, relationship building skills, influencing and analytical abilities shape how your existing and new businesses grow. **What will you provide?** - Must be able to hunt and generate new business by prospecting, cold calling or leveraging on existing contacts. - Measure current sales within existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue. - Establish sales to existing and contribute of new channels eg: training, joint sales calls, promotion etc. - Must be able to lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary. - To identify, develop, evaluate sales strategies and align with Company's marketing plan, direction and growth - Responsible for the preparation of proposal to prospective clients - Conduct sales presentations to our prospective clients - Coordinate and participate in both online and offline marketing events and activities. - Extend feedback to management so as to identify potential markets and new clients. **Key Requirements**: - Min in Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline. - Beginners and talents with no experiences are welcome as trainings are provided. - Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented. - Target driven and result oriented. - Outgoing, confident and courteous. - Possess excellent communication skills. - Good negotiation skills and assertiveness. - Display high level of service and customer orientation. - Believes in the more you do, the more you get. - Immediate availability. - **Singaporean only** **An attractive remuneration package awaits you, including the following**: - Cell-phone reimbursement - High commission + Travel Incentives - Career progression opportunities - Trainings and supports are provided - Current and Expected salary - Date of Availability / Notice period **Salary**: $3,300.00 - $5,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Employee assistance programme Schedule: - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay **Education**: - Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Sales: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
