DESIGNATION : [TDCX] Client Service Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
- Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience and ensure higher return in investment
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be an added advantage
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Highly self-motivated, energetic and sales driven with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Working Hours: Five days work week inclusive of weekends and PH; Rotation shift between 7 am to 930 pm SGT
- Location: Chai Chee (East of Singapore)
- Annual Leave: Up to 14 days for 12 months of service
- Remuneration: Monthly basic salary with incentive of up to $500 per month
- Employment type: Full Time permanent role
