We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our growth.

**In this role, you will**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Be responsible for maintaining effective communication with our headquarters to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.  

**What we expect of you**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, Boolean search).
- Experience in international or regional recruitment would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS - SAP is a big plus)
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Fluency in English.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
