We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Graduate Program Lead to join us in Singapore to help us manage the end to end management of the 18 month program from designing the program, recruitment, learning and development and management of the graduates. The primary coverage of the role will be Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines however you will also get involved in hiring from universities in India from time to time. The role will report to our Talent Acquisition Lead for SEA&HK, it is a business critical role in building a pipeline of junior talent for the firm, therefore you would be required to contribute both strategically and operationally.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Working with service line leads to understand hiring plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with target Universities in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Philippines
- Manage and oversee University Relations: Campus events calendar, organizing and attending career fairs and university talks
Responsible for Employer Branding: Designing and updating of all presentation, orientation, collateral and graduate program materials as per group branding guidelines
**Management of the Program**
- Formulation onboarding plans in collaboration with the service lines
- Deployment of graduates based on business need and graduates aspiration
- Own and manage capability development and career progression of the grads including role allocation, training, coaching and career mentorship
- Accountable for performance management of the grads including setting and communicating performance expectations, assessment and promotion decisions
- Drive end-to-end all communications and engagement with both the graduates and service line leads to manage and align on expectations
- Drive and manage continuous improvement of the program based on industry practices locally and globally
- Drive graduate team engagement programs in order to foster a sense of community as well as talent development and retention.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years combined experience in recruitment, learning and development / talent development initiatives
- Proven experience in a similar role where you have been involved in the management of graduates during the program to a large extent.
- Excellent communication skills, confident and has the ability to engage different levels of stakeholders
- Assertive personality and has the ability to build relationships, influence, negotiate and manage expectations with stakeholders
- Good command of spoken English
