**The Role**

We are looking for a Regional Program Management Lead (APAC) to lead the management of teams responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects and programs across the APAC region. As a key member of our Program Management function, you will be responsible for creating and delivering strategic programs that represent major company initiatives.

**A typical day may involve**:

- Develop and maintain a preferred supply chain, working with general contractors, M&E contractors, and OEMs
- Increase compliance to preferred supplier contracts through spend analysis, supplier rationalization, and influencing project managers
- Identify and develop contractual arrangements with suppliers that deliver best value
- Collaborate with preferred suppliers to achieve cost savings, service level improvements, and high-quality service delivery
- Provide support to clients and project managers, including resource allocation, project status updates, and issue escalation
- Train staff and develop processes to support client requests and needs
- Oversee cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery and issue resolution
- Manage internal, external, and vendor relationships in support of the program

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including supplier staff
- Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
