**Regional Program Manager (Remote)**
- Full time, Singapore, Hong kong_

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned client portfolio of global account(s) to include but not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment and profitability), business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple regions, staff development and business continuance. Direct accountability to BCD Travel or externally to the customer for the success of the contract or travel program across multiple countries across Asia Pacific.

**As a Regional Program Manager, you will**
- Ensure 100% client retention and account profitability through effective relationship management and strategic planning.
- Drive revenue growth by up-selling and cross-selling products and services, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
- Negotiate and manage client contract terms, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and industry updates, and coordinating central communication across regions.
- Oversee budgets, billing, payments, and profitability, ensuring timely settlement of customer P&Ls as per contractual obligations.
- Develop and execute business plans, manage new business implementations, and create business improvement plans, while measuring and reporting on key performance indicators.

**About you**
- Proven experience in managing corporate travel accounts, focusing on mid-large clients.
- Skilled in implementing regional service roll-outs and projects.
- Proficient in service level management (SLAs), negotiation, and numeric analysis using pivot tables.
- Familiar with travel industry technology (online booking tools, GDS) and corporate travel operations.
- Strong cultural awareness of Asia Pacific markets, with the ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders professionally.
- Fluent in written and conversational business English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
