DESIGNATION : Executive (2.5-day work week; 4-month contract), LKCSB
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB)
Management of mindfulness courses and workshops, including:
- Scheduling/booking of venues for courses/workshops
- Setting up new courses on CABS system and MI website
- Venue bookings
- Participant registration and updating
- SFC claim processing
- Facilitate payment processing
- Participant certification
- Preparie and send EDMs for upcoming courses / events / free sessions
Maintain the MI mailing lists on the SMU DNC platform
Maintain the MI mailing lists for MBSR/MBSR-TTI/MBSAT/MBSAT-TT graduates
Other ad-hoc tasks, including:
- Raising refunds for course withdrawals or cancellation
- Administrative/Financial Tasks
- Maintain Income & Expenditure statement for each individual paid course
- Maintain Income & Expenditure statement for overall MI funds
- Preparation of proposals for in-house mindfulness training programs, including responding to inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Communication skills
- Administrative skills
- EDM design skillsWebsite design skills
- Experience with proposal writing and business development
