DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (Operations) (2-year contract), LKCSB
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- To provide administrative support and student services to all LKCSB student population by:
- Assisting with teaching contracts management.
- Supporting the student helper/technical assistant hiring process, from sourcing and appointment to payment.
- Assisting with the procurement and preparation of course materials including requisition of cases/simulations.
- Supporting the team with examination preparation and invigilation.
- Assisting with venue booking.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree with at least two years of related experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
- Service-oriented attitude towards work responsibilities. Able to liaise with instructors, colleagues, and students professionally.
- Attention to details and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with a flair for writing.
- Team player.
- Ability to work on occasional weekends and weekdays’ evening.
