Description Assistant Manager, Recruitment & Admissions (27-month contract), LKCSB Join to apply for the Assistant Manager, Recruitment & Admissions (27-month contract), LKCSB role at Singapore Management University. Responsibilities This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB). Student Pass Management- Support the application process for student passes for all postgraduate programs. Address and resolve administrative issues and queries related to student pass applications. Information and Scholarship Application Management- Streamline and collate lead information. Support scholarship applications by ensuring timely notifications and e-filing of lead data. Application Process Management- Ensure a seamless application process for postgraduate program applicants at LKCSB. Maintain proper documentation of application materials and follow up with applicants promptly. Admissions Process Coordination- Facilitate a smooth admissions process for LKCSB postgraduate programs. Coordinate admission and scholarship interviews. Manage the sending of admissions offers and other related administrative tasks. Event Operations Support- Manage event operations, including the preparation of promotional materials for outreach activities. Handle event setup, preparation, and registration for both on-campus and virtual information sessions. Ensure event details are communicated to registrants and follow up with them. Attend to walk-in and telephone queries regarding events. Outreach Capability Improvement- Enhancing outreach capabilities via digital systems. Prospective Candidate Engagement- Provide high-level service and customer experience to prospective candidates, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience marketing education products, wholesale and retail, preferably in an Institute of Higher Learning. Good interpersonal skills, prior event planning and administrative/recruitment experience would be advantageous. Good written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of postgraduate programmes or education environment a plus. Self-starter with initiative, and a good problem-solver. IT savvy and proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook. Meticulous with attention to important details. Pleasant personality and a strong team player. Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.
