We are looking for a **Assistant Manager of Student Recruitment **to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Recruitment Advisor who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

**Essential Criteria**
- An undergraduate degree (UK On Campus preferred)
- At least 1 year experience gained working in a responsible customer facing role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
- Customer focus, self-motivation, ability to prioritise effectively, be flexible and manage your time under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- High level of enthusiasm, motivation, personal commitment and independence to undertake periods of work without supervision
- Problem solving and organisational skills to deal with complex and difficult situations as they arise
- High level of literacy and attention to detail to produce clear concise reports
- Using sales techniques, influencing applicants to accept their offers
- Documenting all calls and communication with students in company systems

**Desirable**
- Experience working in the field of international education or student recruitment
- Good knowledge of overseas education systems and qualifications
- An understanding of visa regulations and market trends in international higher education
