Brand Operations and Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and execution of brand objectives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for brand initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors.
- Lead and mentor a team of brand operations and sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience ( 2years) in brand management, sales operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
