Knowledge Base Manager with a Focus On Gender

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Management:

- Review and update existing knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and inclusivity, with a particular focus on gender diversity.
- Develop and implement content strategies that reflect the latest research and best practices in gender-affirming care and support.

2. Content Creation:

- Identify topics for new content that will be of value to the transgender community and those who support them.
- Work with the Founder to review new content and suggest amendments in order to produce high-quality content that addresses the needs and questions of our diverse audience.

3. Content Optimisation:

- Tag and categorize content effectively to enhance discoverability and user experience.
- Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility.

4. Call-to-Action (CTA) Integration:

- Strategically integrate CTAs within content to guide users towards further engagement, resources, or services.

5. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

- Utilise analytics tools to monitor content performance, user engagement, and feedback.
- Analyse data to identify trends, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

6. User Experience Enhancement:

- Continuously assess and improve the knowledge base's usability, navigation, and overall user experience, with an emphasis on inclusivity and accessibility.

7. Feedback Management:

- Monitor and respond to user feedback, incorporating insights into content updates and strategy adjustments.

8. Collaboration and Advocacy:

- Work closely with advocacy groups, healthcare professionals, and community members to ensure content aligns with the needs and experiences of gender-diverse individuals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Management, Gender Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management, editing, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of gender diversity issues and a commitment to promoting inclusivity.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
