MergersCorp M&A International is a leading advisory brand, offering Investment Banking services with focus on Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance to clients across the world.

We provide a range of investment banking services to lower-middle and middle-market businesses: deal execution, deal origination, valuation of assets, business plans and financial modelling, Capital raising, debt raising, private equity financing, Debt restructuring, Exit strategy reviews, Strategic advisory and more.

Our Cross-Border M&A services are Strategic Advisory, Sell Side Advisory, Buy Side Advisory, Fairness Opinions, Business Valuations, Hostile Defense, Divestitures, Tender Offers, Spinoffs, Carve-Out to the World.

Responsibilities

Successful interns are able to multitask and manage a variety of projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Candidates must demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. We look for individuals who are energetic and bring enthusiasm to the team.

While each experience differs by division, you can expect:

  • Experience and exposure across a variety of groups and individuals
  • Mentoring from senior investment bankers
  • Deep understanding of market data
  • Real Deal analysis and formal presentation training
  • Consideration for a full-time offer based on demonstrated performance and potential

Qualifications

University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship
