**Position Summary**

The role requires someone who has the ability to connect dots and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. This channel lead would need to collaborate well with the Key Account Managers from the sales team to understand the business objectives and translate it locally from strategy/ idea through to execution, leaning heavily on local data as well as managing the agencies to shape the campaign outcome.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Marketing leadership & strategy:

- Ensure partner communications are aligned with Samsung brand guidelines and marketing/campaign strategy
- Manage partner marketing co-op execution and ROI that is aligned with the business
- Champion the customer perspective and ensure the delivered marketing campaigns are customer led, based upon thorough analysis of business opportunities using insights, trends and competitive landscape for telco business.
- Support sales team in executing channel promotions to drive acquisition
- Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives through insights from digital and social media analytics
- Develop Digital strategy & plans that support overall brand objectives and to improve brand/campaign performance throughout Customer Decision Journey
- Ensure timely and smooth execution of campaigns
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate launches/campaigns to ensure its effectiveness and can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Own and Track numbers, keep abreast of trends and conduct competitive analysis
- Assists with negotiating rates and orders for all advertising with partners
- Able to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and communications.
- Oversee all marketing materials from online to offline
- Prepare reports of business reviews and key marketing activities
- Serve as a marketing liaison between Global, regional market and local brand portfolio holder teams

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business studies
- Minimum of 8 years of consumer marketing and retail experience required - Telco, technology knowledge and category experience would be a bonus
- Prior Asia-Pacific regional experience is an advantage
- Prior hands-on experience in planning and implementation of 360-degree marketing campaign, digital marketing and e-Commerce
- Prior hands-on experience in planning and implementation of 360-degree marketing campaign and CRM strategy, plan, and execution
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable in a flexible, fluid and occasionally ambiguous operating environment
- Strong team player who is able to build good collaborative relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization
