As a Regional Partnerships & Channel Engagement Manager of Samsung’s Mobile eXperience (MX) B2B team, you will collaborate with our Samsung teammates from all areas of the company and with our channel partners to design market-leading channel sales programs for our largest resellers and partners— ones that scale and evolve. We build a variety of channel sales programs that encompass Demand Generation, Communications, Events, Training, Incentives and Offers focused on Small, Medium and Large Enterprise businesses or Industries. Our programs must support Sales strategies and be successfully launched and sustained throughout the program lifecycle. We keep track of how our programs are performing, analyze the results and make them better. Your role will include growing Samsung’s presence in enabling and assisting our local sales organizations in the development of business opportunities, vertical solutions and strategic partnerships for the sale of Samsung Electronics technology. This role will be based in Singapore and is responsible for the South East Asia and Oceania region.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Own MX B2B channel partner engagement strategy for the region.
- Plan and execute targeted partner communications to different groups of partners on board the channel partner program.
- Collaborate with HQ and subsidiaries to ensure up-to-date assets are available on platform and create fresh contents to drive user engagements.
- Management of the partner program learning app. Ensure timely availability of training materials and push regular newsfeeds to users.
- Work closely with the channel sales team to ensure partners receive the proper training and meet any criteria required to maintain their status within the partner program.
- Measure and provide detailed analysis of partner engagements on the platform.
- Supports the overall MX B2B SEAO channel partner program strategy.
- Manage internal budget reviews and procurement processes.
- Source, secure, and develop strategic relationships with partners to expand ecosystem and addressable market opportunities.
- Create, identify, and execute new growth opportunities by understanding key customer requirements and translating gaps to business solutions.
- Work in lock-step with HQ and regional teams by leveraging global ecosystem and best practices to strengthen B2B capabilities in the region.
- Work closely with our local sales organizations to prioritize key business initiatives, formulate and execute strategic plan together with the local teams.
- Provide regular and timely update and progress reports for management on a regular basis.

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 8 years of regional experience in channel management, business development, strategic partnerships or channel sales.
- Experience in emerging markets, cross-vertical industries and mobile software development industry, a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, coupled with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with local sales organisations and stakeholders in the channel business.
- Agility and resilience to work and influence within a Samsung matrix environment at a Local, Regional and Worldwide level.
- Real passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, sharing best practices.
- Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
- Executive level presence and world class communications skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable in interacting with C-Suite and top-level management.
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate key value proposition and unique selling proposition to cross-functional audiences.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
