**Role overview**

This is a AVP graded Role based in Singapore and part of Asia Regional Commercial Card Sales team and also supporting global e-commerce card sales initiative.

Position Objective: The role will support Asia Commercial Cards Sales team for both Asia South and North Clusters and reports to the APAC head of Card Sales. In addition, the role will also play a significant role in supporting global e-commerce card sales initiatives.

**Background**:
Citi Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) offers a broad range of cash management and trade services including Commercial Cards. Citi’s global platform is unique in the industry for its reach, interoperability, and flexibility. It provides clients with timely, accurate information and dynamic, web-based tools to effectively manage their securities portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chain around the world. Combined with a worldwide network of dedicated and experienced transaction services professionals, TTS is well-suited to serve clients anywhere they do business.

**Citi Commercial Cards**

Citi Commercial Cards is a marquee product line within the global TTS business. Citi is the most global issuer of Commercial Cards with the ability to issue local currency solutions issue in 65+countries, leveraging its own proprietary platforms and issuance infrastructure. Citi Commercial Cards has been growing rapidly over the past few years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The selected person will have key three responsibilities:

- Be part of the team to assist to define and implement a sales strategy tailored to commercial card solutions in B2B e-commerce globally and for Asia clusters.
- Own and drive new initiatives to execute on the sales strategy and support the sales team and leadership to dive its success.
- Support sales leadership in monitoring and preparing management analytics and reporting.
- In time, it is expected that the person be able to build expertise on ecommerce deals and be able to drive new originations independently.
- The individual will also play a important role in helping to Identify new sales opportunities and grow pipeline for key initiatives, including wins in a new product, geography or client buying segment.

- Be aware of and support all Card Sales Must Win Battles and Initiatives
- Work closely with TTS Sales and Banking partners to drive deal origination and sales support
- Evaluate and review analytics of client spend and make recommendations for growth and development accordingly

**Development Value**:

- Strengthen existing commercial cards knowledge by understanding country and regional nuances globally
- Help build the Ecommerce value proposition for Commercial Cards and be part of the newly established focus growth area for the bank.
- Build an excellent network across the commercial cards industry and also within the Transaction Services division of the Bank

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree,
- 4+ years minimum industry sales experience, preferably in the large/middle market sector
- University Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients at senior level
