Overview We are looking for a Commercial Transformation & Enablement Partner Lead for East Asia to make an impactAbout the Role (Mission)As the Commercial Transformation & Enablement Partner Lead for East Asia, you will be a strategic catalyst for change, driving commercial excellence, digital innovation, and business alignment across the region. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, digital fluency, and interpersonal agility to influence, enable, and execute transformation initiatives that elevate performance and customer experience. Most importantly, it requires a deep understanding of the organisation, Go to Market strategy, targeted persona, and Demand Generation program. Key Responsibilities Initiative Deployment & Execution Objective: Lead the design and execution of commercial transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness across East Asia Develop and tailor transformation initiatives for EA Commercial and Sales teams. Ensure seamless deployment through structured project management and stakeholder engagement. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics. Position EA as a benchmark region for smart, disruptive commercial practices. Hands-on experience with digital app rollout, issue resolution, and regional deployment Experience working on Sales Coverage Program in multiple geographies, global and east asia Expertise in Microsoft Copilot 365 (especially Copilot for Sales) , Salesforce CRM dashboards, AI tools. Strong project management and leadership capabilities. Strategic mindset with a bias for action. Soft Skills: Change agility, resilience, stakeholder influence, and creative problem-solving. Digital Enablement for Core Personas Objective: Enhance the digital customer journey for key personas (Pro Retailers, Electricians, Panel Builders) and foster alignment between local markets and the Global Digital Customer Experience Hub. Support country-level marketing initiatives via digital platforms and apps. Localize global strategies and content to meet specific market needs. Act as a connector between local teams and global functions. Lead the deployment of new digital communication and engagement channel Deep understanding of customer personas and their digital behaviors. Experience working with Schneider Electric global team in charge of Persona Proficiency in B2B digital marketing and engagement strategies. Basic knowledge of app development and digital platform architecture. Education in Digital Marketing Programs Soft Skills: Empathy, cultural sensitivity, collaboration, and communication excellence. Strategic Business Support for EA Objective: Act as Chief of Staff to the Vice President of PP-H&D EA, supporting strategic planning, business reviews, and transformation milestones throughout the year. Lead the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Marketing & Sales Campaigns, and Townhalls. Develop high-level executive summaries and strategic presentations. Serve as a key liaison between the VP and internal teams across Offer, Channel, and Sales. Provide strategic and operational support on an ad hoc basis. Strong understanding of Schneider Electric’s strategy, organization, and go-to-market channels. Familiarity with software solutions (ESX, EcoDesign) and tools like Salesforce CRM and Tableau. Quick learner with strong data literacy. Soft Skills: Executive presence, strategic communication, discretion, and organizational awareness. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Masters will be preferable Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Excellence and Sales Enablement in Digital Channels Leadership: Inspire and influence across functions and geographies, ability to lead digital transformation across geographies Collaboration: Build trust and foster teamwork across diverse stakeholders, local/regional & global Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving multi cultural environment.
